All customers must pay before shipping.

Important Information: 
Please understand that all polished item's sizes vary with in 2 to 3mm when specifying a product.
Also note that all rocks and minerals vary in color and that surface imperfections are natural characteristics.
All grades are subject to Rock Our World grading scale. Size, thickness, base, formation, and weight determine shipping rate.

Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

Shipment:
With ROW, you never have to leave your home, office, or foreign country.  Just call, fax, mail, or e-mail your order, and we will deliver it to your door or airport.  We offer shipping by U.S. mail, U.P.S., Federal Express, or air consolidated freight.  Need merchandise in a hurry? We offer shipment by U.P.S. next day service and second day air, Federal Express overnight service, and U.S. mail express.

Returns Policy:  
Customer satisfaction is our priority.  
If approved for credit, merchandise must be returned 14 days from the date of purchase as stated in the invoice. Returns are for exchange of merchandise only. Shipping not included. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.

 Your Order Will Not Be Processed If...
      1) Your order is not paid in full
      2) The subtotal of your order is less than $150.00 (for wholesalers) or $100.00 (for retailers)
      3) We cannot fill your order because we are sold out (at that point you will be notified immediately)
